Mensora Systems LLC respects your right to control your personal information. This applies across all of our brands and websites — Mensora Systems (mensorasystems.com), Mensora Web Studio (mensorawebstudio.com), Mensora Insurance (mensorainsurance.com), and SLV Luxury (slvluxury.com). If you would like us to delete any personal data we hold about you — including any data associated with your Facebook or Instagram interactions with our accounts — you can request it at any time, free of charge.

How to request deletion

Send an email to hello@mensorasystems.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
Include the name, email, phone number, and/or the Facebook/Instagram username you used when you contacted us, so we can locate your data.
We will confirm receipt and permanently delete your personal data from our systems within 30 days, unless we are required by law to retain certain records.

What gets deleted

Upon a verified request, we delete the contact and lead information you provided, any message/comment content we stored from your interactions with our accounts, and any related records — except information we are legally required to keep.
